Our Pastor

The Arlington Baptist Church called me to be their Pastor in August, 2017. My father, Dr. J. Michael Callaghan, was the previous pastor. He pastored our church for 27 years. Thus, I grew up in this church and have seen the Lord continue to bless it over the years. Before they called my to be the Pastor, I served on the church staff for 17 years as an Associate Pastor & Christian School Principal.

My wife, Angie, and I met at Bible College in 1998. We were married on July 5, 2002. Angie is not a novice to the ministry. Her father, Paul Williams, has pastored the same church in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for over 40 years.

Angie and I have four children: Faith, Liberty, Andrew and Mark. We love families and we would love to be a part of yours, as well. I am encouraged at how the Lord is using our church to reach the families in our community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We would be honored to have you as our guest at one of our services.
